If it’s been a while since you trained or tracked a meal… start here:

  1. Walk for 20 minutes today.

  2. Balance your meals like this: ½ protein, ¼ carbs, ¼ fruits or vegetables.

  3. Read Proverbs 25:28 and pray for self-control.

Small obedience goes a long way because it compounds.

The best time to start getting in shape is always today.
